  Rock bottom prices, if you know PC hardware you'll be fine.. otherwise stick to mall retail shops.

  The guys were great. The service was fast. They knew what they were talking about. They recommend speakers for my needs. Not how much they could get me to pay. I will be going back. If your like me and read the reviews before going anywhere. Take a chance, ignore the old reviews. And go see them. I saved $20 to $30. Depending on where I went next. That was on 1 item. Your choice. Rip yourself off or not.

  There was a queue from the counter to the door, one person attending another wandering aimlessly behind the counter, one transaction was interrupted by a 15 minute phone conversation about the verification of some earlier transaction, when served the memory card required was not available ( as indicated online) so I accepted a more expensive one. The process at MSY is always slow but it was absolutely atrocious!!!

  Great for technology products at whole sale prices. Sometimes they can't help you with product knowledge though. Research before you buy because they may not have the answer questions about the product your buying.

  Great prices. Poor customer service. Don't bother calling they won't answer. All this aside I'm a regular there. The prices can't be beat and the in store service is great.
