  Great marquees but terrible delivery service. Had a marquee on back order and after several weeks got told I'd have delivery mid next week (Great!) The roof only turned up (??). Then got told everyday for a week that the frame would turn up the following day. I'm still waiting. They refuse to follow up with their couriers to find out what's going on. Will only check the 'estimated delivery' online - which has been wrong for a week. Asked to escalate the issue but they don't seem to care.

  Definitely one of the best customer service companies I've ever dealt with. I needed a custom marquee for a work event and the staff at Extreme Marquees helped me every step of the way. Very happy with my marquee as it looks great and is very well made. Thank you extreme marquees!

  Michael at Extreme Marquees went above and beyond to ensure that our client received their banners in time for an important event at the Parliament House. After an unforeseen courier delay, Michael drove out to the TNT Depot in Redbank himself before starting his shift at their Brendale warehouse to ensure that the banners were available for pick-up in time to take to the event for set-up. Our client's were very happy with the final product. We would have no hesitation in recommending Michael and his team's service.
