  I recently purchased liquid chlorine and other expensive chemicals from this 'shop' to overcome an issue with my pool. I followed the instructions provided and expected results after a number of days. When the expected results were not forthcomong, I tested the pool water, only to find it had no chlorine. I then tested the recently purchased liquid chlorine and found that it had no 'chlorine' in it at all. Believing this to be an anomaly, I returned to the 'shop'. The chlorine had been kept in a darkened shed, fully sealed in black containers, so the chlorine could neither leech out or be degraded by UV. I explained this to the owner and also told him that I wasn't there to cause problems and that I would pay for replacement chlorine. I simply wanted him to know that there was an issue with the chlorine and that it would be affecting other customers. After much cajoling he agreed to test the chlorine and the results proved that there was no chlorine in the liquid. His response? "Get out of my shop and don't come back". In hindsight, I have developed the opinion that the owner KNEW about the poor product but he didn't want to acknowledge it. If he did he would be missing out on the profits from sales of other chemicals to overcome problems caused by his product. This is my opinion but I advise you to shop at this location at your own peril!

  Good hardware have all the things you need for a weekend project, very helpfull guys, they even carry things to the car for you, lots of things in stock for a small store. Never knew you could fit so much stock into a store that size, well worth trying before venturing to the big green place.‎

  Great Experience! There are very few shops of this nature left - the operators offer true service and support and prices that match many of the much larger competitors. My buying experince has always been a great one. Let's hope that this store and others like it can weather the onslaught of predatory practises posed by the large multinationals that seem hell-bent on eliminating competition.
